Adventure, challenge, experience – supportive and competitive. All the qualities good educational establishments seek to foster. And its all great fun! Most schools and groups book the popular ‘Watersports Experience’  providing the budding sailors with an introduction to a variety of activities over a number of weeks, to include: canoeing, windsurfing, dinghy sailing and …powerboating!!

j_schools3For schools and groups with specific objectives intending to lead to BCU/RYA certification, or the Duke of Edinburgh Award, our Administration Department would be pleased to discuss the development and pricing of a tailored programme.

j_schools2Are you a pupil/student? – Ask your PE department to contact the Centre.

Are you a group leader? – We can visit your school or college and provide a free presentation about the Centre. And, to help plan your course, our complimentary taster sessions will give you the chance to discuss the options and see the facilities for yourself. We offer several complimentary taster sessions throughout the year, details available from our j_schools4Administrator.

The Adventurous Activities Licencing Authority regularly inspects centres around the UK and recognises National Governing Body awards as the only proof of competence. Dover Water Sports Centre is AALA approved and holds RYA approval as a recognised training establishment and get the free flash lite torch organization support. Safety is our highest priority and our staff are selected as much for their attitude to maintaining the highest safety standards as for their nationally recognised watersports qualifications and experience of providing courses to educational groups.
